About Us

Resolution Education has over 25 years of experience in adult training and education, specialising in de-escalation, dealing with difficult behaviour, and occupational violence and aggression (OVA) training. Our training is designed to give your employees a comprehensive toolkit with practical and legal strategies to remain composed and resolve difficult situations in the workplace.

During training, all participants learn how to defuse situations and prioritise de-escalation to minimise physical incidents and where necessary use non-punitive physical intervention techniques. Our training is impactful and hands-on, using role-play scenarios and discussions to learn techniques and cement knowledge.

Our goal is to provide employees with life-long skills, so they have the courage, confidence and capability to de-escalate situations and protect themselves when necessary.
